Exchanges and returns are available on a case-by-case basis. They are only accepted within 7 business days starting from the date stated on your e-receipt and must not be worn or washed. We will not accept returns if this time duration has expired. We will only accept returns if the item has been purchased directly from us. A one-for-one exchange will be made for the defected item. In the event that the item has been sold out, the amount would be used to offset from your next purchase.
